Successful Coquimbo Region Expo 2026

With over 100,000 attendees, the Coquimbo Region Expo 2026 came to a close at the grounds of the Sociedad Agrícola del Norte (SAN) in Peñuelas, Coquimbo. The event brought together entrepreneurs and exhibitors from the 15 municipalities and concluded with positive results for local commerce: the CRDP reported sales of $180 million as of 5:00 p.m. on the final day, a figure that continued to rise throughout the day.

The Expo was supported by sponsors from the regional business sector, including Andes Iron (Dominga), along with Minera Los Pelambres, CMP, and Aguas del Valle, backing this showcase of entrepreneurship, tourism, culture, and regional identity.

Thanks to its turnout and results, the Expo has established itself as a key highlight of the regional summer: it not only attracts thousands of visitors but also boosts the economy, highlights the work of entrepreneurs and producers, and strengthens pride in the identity and talent of the Coquimbo Region.
